Colors have arrived!  Texcoat is now offering a wide array of color-coated liner.  Our processes have been refined to enable repeatable, high quality colors.  We are able to accomplish many colors on Kraft liner and lighter tones on White Top liner.

The color matching process is critical to the success of the project.  Please review the following steps:

1. A color swatch or sample is submitted to Texcoat.
2. The Swatch is matched on the most economical substrate in our lab.  The formulation is cataloged for reference.
3. The sample swatch is returned to the customer for approval, upon approval the customer signs the sample provided and returns the swatch to Texcoat. 
4. This swatch becomes the quality guideline for the production run.
5. Coordination for special substrates will be conducted in the event the customer specifies what paper will be required.

Our matching process during the production run includes visual inspection and Spectrophotometer readings versus the swatch.  This allows us to establish a Standard Deviation for the run.
