Texcoat is proud to offer our newest innovation in load stabilization. Our new coated product, STK is a cohesive application designed to provide stable palletized loads. This product will achieve a slide angle in excess of 30 degrees. We offer STK in a variety of configurations, from C2S, sheeted format, to singleface to roll stock for corrugating applications.
This product is fully recyclable and repulpable. Thus creating value in your supply stream rather than a cost to dispose. This product is ideal for high graphic packaging with slick surfaces, bagged products, can and bottle applications. STK is heat resistant and also provides moisture resistance. It has been engineered to run on corrugated applications.
Given the cohesive nature of the product it will create a degree of drag on corrugating applications. We recommend an audit of your equipment to review the areas of concern and opportunities for the best results. In addition, special emphasis must be placed on the down stacker operation, as the product will not slide.
